| Booking Terms & Conditions The following conditions form
the basis of the contract between you and CYPRUS AGROTOURISM COMPANY.
1. OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and
do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. You
will also become directly responsible for the payment of the total booking price
and if applicable and appropriate, any cancellation charges.
2. YOUR BOOKING PRICE
When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 13%. The balance of the
price of your booking must be paid upon your arrival at the hotel. If the
deposit is not paid, we still cancel your booking.
3. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
You may cancel your booking arrangements any time.

4. CHILD / INFANT POLICY
Infant: From 0 to 2 years old – free of charge
Child: From 2 to 7 years old – free of charge
5. CHANGES
If you wish to make changes to your arrangements, for example changing room,
duration of your stay, etc, all such requests will be subject to availability
and any extra costs, including cancellation charges, must be met by you and paid
locally.
6. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAIN
In the unlikely event that you have a complain whilst on holiday, you must
inform us so the matter can resolved on the spot. If you are not completely
satisfied with the solution offered or provided, you should immediately make
this known in writing to us. We shall try to resolve the matter and if
appropriate, we will confirm in writing any solutions as agreed.
7. NOTES
- Note that the deposit of 13% of any
booking is non refundable
- During the weekend any on-line
reservation request can not be answered until Monday.
- Any reservation made is under request and
we can cancel or confirm it.
- The deposit of 13% is deducted only if
your booking is confirmed by our company.
