The newly renovated hotel is managed by two young entrepreneurs who grew up in Platres. The hotel name, " Kallithea INN ", comes from the Greek name "Kallithea" which means “beautiful view”. The hotel was built in the early 1915s in the center of Platres village. A recent renovation in 2022, features a sophisticated interior design, with classic elegance, combining traditional hospitality and a welcoming environment. The interior of the hotel has been redesigned.

Droshia Traditional Homes located in Droushia village, is a boutique agrotouristic hotel named after the cool climate ('Droshia' in the local dialect) which is a characteristic element of Droushia village and is made of renovated traditional stone built homes.

Ample Places is inspired by the joy and beauty of life in the Eastern Mediterranean region. Located at the centre of Lefkara village, it consists of two independent traditional houses, Polytimo and Monadiko. The two houses, with a private entrance each, share a common secluded garden planted with different jasmines and tall fruit trees. In 1992, Costas took the decision to work with agro tourism at the same time with his agricultural occupations. That decision was finally proven to be the right one. He renovated an inherited traditional family house in the village of Lofou and he transformed it into a beautiful traditional tavern and named it after the name of the village "Lofou Tavern". The hotel unit provides studios, cafeteria and the traditional tavern. The renovated rooms include cooker, living room, dining room, air-conditioning system and internal courtyard.
