In 1992, Costas took the decision to work with agro tourism at the same time with his agricultural occupations. That decision was finally proven to be the right one. He renovated an inherited traditional family house in the village of Lofou and he transformed it into a beautiful traditional tavern and named it after the name of the village "Lofou Tavern". The hotel unit provides studios, cafeteria and the traditional tavern. The renovated rooms include cooker, living room, dining room, air-conditioning system and internal courtyard.
Our House in Vavla village is a charming traditional Cypriot village stone house, originally built in early 1900s renovated to the highest standard with respect to tradition, functionality, comfort and is filled with character. Meletios' mansion (Archontiko tou Meletiou), next to Makarios III Museum in the beautiful village of Panayia, is a complex of buildings only recently renovated for the Agrotourism programme.

The original structure was built in 1947 by the present owners’ grandfather as accommodation for guests visiting the Kyperounta Sanatorium (now the hospital).
