In Amargeti village in Paphos, three siblings have created a small production unit of carob honey, olive oil, beer and many other products. Wishing to promote their special natural products, they guide the visitor through the production process, explain the benefits of carob honey and encourage the visitor to taste it. A variety of liquors that the owners make from local gruits such as prickly pear and pomegranate, is also available.
