Rothkia’s Home’ is a traditional guesthouse located in the centre of Parekklisia village of the Limassol district in Cyprus. The name of the guesthouse was given in memory of our late grandmother Rodou or ‘Rothkia’ as her friends and local people used to call her.

In 1992, Costas took the decision to work with agro tourism at the same time with his agricultural occupations. That decision was finally proven to be the right one. He renovated an inherited traditional family house in the village of Lofou and he transformed it into a beautiful traditional tavern and named it after the name of the village "Lofou Tavern". The hotel unit provides studios, cafeteria and the traditional tavern. The renovated rooms include cooker, living room, dining room, air-conditioning system and internal courtyard.
In one of the most beautiful wine-villages of the mountainous Limassol, and specifically in one of the stone-paved allies of the village Vouni you will find Oinou Strata. This is a unique retreat, where visitors get the chance to enjoy serenity and absolute peace, combined with the traditional graciousness that is reflected in every single detail of the place. Its name is connected to the “paths of wine” which cross the village. As it is generally known, Vouni was the third largest village of vineyards and wineries in Limassol District.
Iacovos House is an impressive, newly renovated two storey house is set just a three minute stroll from the large cobbled Omodos village square where you can find a good selection of restaurants and traditional taverns.
The house commands magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and the Afames mountain which is terraced with vines and renowned for its excellent wine.
The original structure was built in 1947 by the present owners’ grandfather as accommodation for guests visiting the Kyperounta Sanatorium (now the hospital). The hotel passed to Takis and his wife Sotiroulla — famous for her home cooked specialities — and then to the current generation of owners, who have transformed the old 5-room guest house into the present-day superb hotel.

Aristotle and Elpiniki Papouté have built the first organized hotel unit in the community of Pedoulas in 1917. The Hotel "Aristotle" was the first organized hotel unit of that time, consisting of sixteen rooms and a café and operated until the 1940s or so when it was abandoned and used for other purposes. In the 2000s nothing reminiscent of the old glamour of the building which was declared ramshackle and therefore had been prescribed for demolition.
